Interior and Exterior Home Watch Program
Customized to fit your needs, our team will inspect your home inside and out. Then we will send you a detailed report of our visit. We provide the “peace of mind” that someone is watching your home while you are gone.
Let Legacy Home Management be your trusted partner. We will be your eyes and ears while you are gone. Our bi-monthly inspections could prevent a catastrophe costing you thousands of dollars.
We will do a comprehensive visual inspection looking for leaks, smells, rodents and insects, and any other issue that could cause a problem. Resolving these problems as soon as possible will prevent further damage. We will remove mail, packages or debris from the porch to help establish a presence at your home which should deter intruders.
Keyholder Services
Sometimes you can’t be there during service calls, renovations, repairs, or deliveries. We can coordinate and monitor these situations and be there during the process, watch for issues, and then secure your home when the job is done.
Our Key Holder Services will be the trusted partner you need to help when you cannot be at home. Why leave work and lose income just to wait all day for a service call? Imagine receiving a report on a repair or remodeling job all while knowing someone is making sure the job is done right. It will give you peace of mind knowing that a trusted partner is at your home the entire time when service calls are conducted to ensure no one is snooping or wandering about your home, leaving a mess behind, or leaving the door unlocked. You will have an enhanced sense of security knowing that your home is locked and secured daily.

Your schedule might be too busy to remember when it’s time to tackle these projects that keep your property in the best condition and ready for you to enjoy year-round. Our team will manage the timing of regular maintenance that needs to happen throughout the year at your property; replenishing pinestraw, softwashing the property after pollen season, reactivating the sprinkler season after the Winter months.
We work directly with local subcontractors or your favorite service person to get you a few quotes on these services, get it scheduled and pass the invoice directly to you.

About Legacy Home Management
Hi there! I’m Rachael Dimon, the owner of Legacy Home Management. I live in the Lake Oconee area with my husband Jason and our family. I’m the mom of two beautiful daughters, aged 13 and 9, and one sweet rescue pup. I grew up in California, but knew that Lake Oconee was an amazing place to raise our family from the first time I visited!
My goal at Legacy Home Management is to take care of your home while you travel or spend time at another residence. Our team is fortunate enough to be connected with many amazing subcontractors here in the Lake Country that are ready to help our homeowners with any project or concern they may have.
The best part of being here in Lake Country is time to enjoy the beautiful scenery, the lifestyle of living by the lake, great events and restaurants and most of all, your neighbors.
